Reach & Withdraw

Why it’s Important to Reach Out (in business and personally)

When you reach out you include people, places and things in your space. Reaching out physically for something or someone puts you into contact with the item or the person.   If you want something you reach for it. What happens when you reach out energetically or spiritually? When you energetically or spiritually reach out you include whatever is outside of you into your space. Think of the last time that you felt bigger than life. If you were by the ocean, in a park or on stage giving a presentation you reached out and connected to objects, nature, people and their energy.   In that moment you’re not isolated nor are you living in your own secluded world. Perceptioin

PERCEPTION: How valuable is it?

Any time something prevents you from perceiving fully and accurately you will end up with a negative experience.

If you have a want, desire or goal that’s on automatic or out of your control it overpowers reality. Someone who obsesses over a relationship, money, their past, their future runs a high risk of obfuscating the truth. They may not want to see what’s right there in front of them; if they did it would disrupt the obsession or whatever is out of control. It’s not until the person firmly decides to address the non-optimal area that they start to see what they’re creating. Continue reading

Decisions

You can Predict Your Future with Your Decisions

Have you ever really wanted something and still didn’t get it? Have you tried the law of attraction methods and still didn’t attract what you wanted? We’ve all been there and most of us would like to add would like to stop repeating that process! If your methods of manifesting what you want in life have not worked out very well it’s because there’s missing knowledge, there’s an unknown stopping or sabotaging the process.   You could have the best recipe in town for a chocolate souffle but if you leave out an ingredient or don’t know the specific baking techniques the end product will be less than perfect. Brave & Honest

Bravery and honesty go hand in hand, you can’t have one 100% without the other. They’re more than human values and morals. They go beyond the nature of man and transcend into spirit.

When I look back at the times I’ve held myself back from saying what I wanted to say, expressing the emotions that clearly were affecting me I see the consequences for not saying and expressing the truth. Had I played it out differently I may have enjoyed many more opportunities at the least. More importantly I would have felt good about being me, living in truth. Continue reading

The Best Way to Ease or Eliminate STRESS

To know how to ease or eliminate stress, you first need to know what stress is and what creates it.

Yes, you certainly know what it feels like, and I am sure you can think of many things in your life that cause you to feel it. But knowing those things has not changed it for you – so we need to go more basic than that.

So what is stress?

The word stress comes from Middle English destresse, which was derived via Old French from the Latin stringere which means “to draw tight.”

In mechanics, stress is the measure of the internal forces all the particles in an object exert on each other. These internal forces create a strain and pressure throughout the object. So stress is a strain and pressure within something caused by drawing things tightly together in such a way that they all press against each other.

In a person, it is the feeling of the strain and pressure of the parts drawn tight together in such a way as they all push against each other that we call STRESS.

So what are these parts that are drawn tight together?

They are all the things that you are tightly holding in on yourself in an attempt to either make them happen or make them not happen! You are using your own mental and emotional energy to force these things to happen or not happen while at the same time using your mental and emotional energy to hold them tightly in place.

Constantly thinking “I’ve got to get this done, I’ve got to get this done” with a lot of emotion in order to force yourself to work on it draws all your energy in tightly on yourself. The energy cannot just flow toward doing your work it… is also pressing against itself internally trying to force you to work. This creates internal stress.

So, one best way to ease or eliminate the stress in your life it to Just Let Go! Let go of trying to force things to happen or not happen. Take a deep breath and while exhaling just let go of all those things.

This does not mean to not continue to work toward your goals or the completion of your projects. It means to let go of holding them in tightly and trying to force them to happen. Free up the energy being exerted to tell you what you must do and not do and use all your energy towards the act of achieving your goals instead. You will complete them in the same or less amount of time without all the strain and pressure (STRESS) of trying to force them to happen.

What is Processing

PROCESSING is the act of doing or administering a process. A Process in this usage has two main definitions: as a noun it is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. As a verb it is the action of using official and established procedure.’ (Both definitions from the Apple Dictionary version 2.2.1)

Incorporating these definitions, Processing then is the act of working with someone using official and established procedures which are series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.

The particular end or purpose of personalized processing is to aid you by the quickest, most efficient and effective method to recover optimal control over your mental, emotional and spiritual energy. Once you do this you’ll be able to gain mastery over all areas of your life.

The Processor uses a precise, accurate set of procedures called processes that guide you to place your attention knowingly onto those areas that are out of your spiritual, emotional or mental control. Areas of life such as money, relationships, study, family, work become out of control because of too much confusion and charge. Very often people will avoid or fixate on a charged area in an attempt to solve it. This doesn’t work. Neither does overpowering it with positive thinking or affirmations. The charge is just buried under the new solution. Certain actions occurred in your life to manifest whatever is not working for you. It takes specific processes to help you uncover and undo what’s there. Once that happens you have a whole new life.

THE BIO METER

The use of a bio-meter further speeds the gains obtainable from processing. This meter assists the processor in directing your attention to the areas that are charged or need handling and not wasting time on those areas that are not charged.

The bio-meter is a precise electronic instrument that is sensitive enough to register when an area, subject or item that is out of your control or higlhy charged is contacted. It does this by measuring your energetic resistance. Where there is resistance there is spiritual, emotional or mental charge. If someone is registering resistance on the bio-meter when talking about money there is charge on money that needs to be addressed and released through processing. Otherwise, that person will have money problems and not have control over the area of money.

POWER OF CHOICE

The end result of personalized processing is the ability to direct your attention, focus and energy on whatever you wish. One’s concentration is tremendously amplified. Your power of choice is restored. A newfound freedom allows you to create what you want in life. You’ll see that more and more areas of your life are now yours to command.

Having the ability to exercise power of choice allows you to control your attention, focus, energy and power and thus invest your own energy and yourself in what you want and obtain the greatest return.

The Art of Living Well

Think about it – there is an art to everything and living well is no exception. Of any art, this would be the one to master since it encompasses all the others.

The art of living well is to make your life an expression of who you are, what you believe, and your hopes, dreams and desires. Of course, to create your life as a work of art is an ongoing, evolving and creative endeavor. And so it should be.

The difference between living well and just living would be analogous to preparing a meal.

When you’re hungry you can just throw something together from whatever is handy without considering the nutritional value, taste, or visual appeal of the dish. You can shove something down that fills your tummy and satisfies your immediate appetite.

Or, you can prepare a pleasing, nutritious, tasty meal that not only satisfies your visual and practical needs, but also makes it a joy to experience. Of course the second meal requires more thought, planning, imagination and work in general, but the rewards are exceedingly greater on every level.

So it is with life. You could live it indiscriminately not paying attention to anything in particular, or you can make it a delicious, nutritious treat.

How to make your life a work of art:

Make each moment count and live it to the fullest.

When you get up in the morning decide to welcome all the challenges and delights each day brings. Be aware that everything you experience contributes to your knowledge, enjoyment and understanding of life. Every activity can have meaning and purpose and by acknowledging and recognizing it, you enrich your participation in it.

Express yourself and create the life you want.

You are unique. Express your individuality and share your observations and insights with others. Make your surroundings a comfortable reflection of that individuality and uniqueness. For instance, if you’re a collector, a sports fan or have a particular hobby, decorate your home with artifacts and mementos that express that part of your personality. It makes for good conversation and reveals something about you to others.

Establish an open, accepting and appreciative mindset.

Prepare yourself for whatever comes your way. When you do, the possibility of attracting adverse circumstances lessens because of your willingness to stand up to and face what is. When you maintain an open, accepting attitude life actually goes more smoothly and without incident. It’s as if you’re daring life to throw you a curve, but because you aren’t afraid, it becomes unnecessary and therefore loses its impact.

Be who you are and go after what you want.

Be comfortable with yourself and don’t be afraid to go after what you want. So many opportunities are missed out of fear of failure (and success too) and an unwillingness to take risks or put yourself on the line. Life is too short to not give your best shot at something. Strive to reach your potential. The worst that can happen is you learn a valuable lesson.

Have a solid personal foundation balanced with relationships with family, friends and the community.

We are social beings who need each other for comfort, support and interaction. It’s important to cultivate and value all of our relationships and engage in activities that promote good will and make the community, the country and ultimately the world a better place.

You know you are living well when you:

  • Wake up in the morning and can’t wait for the adventure that lies ahead of you.
  • Are optimistic, cheerful and confident.
  • Are interested in and want to contribute to others and the world around you.
  • Focus on the good things in your life and improve on what’s not working.
  • Are aware, appreciative and engaged in life.
  • Turn obstacles into opportunities.
  • Seize each moment.

We can make an art of living well by expressing ourselves, being open and receptive to new experiences, and by living each moment to the fullest. We only need to decide to do so.

“The masters in the art of living make little distinction between their work and their play, their labor and their leisure, their minds and their bodies, their information, their recreation, their love and their religion. They hardly know which is which, they simply pursue their vision of excellence at whatever they do, leaving others to decide whether they are working or playing.”

Samurai Swords

BE TRUE TO YOUR OWN GOALS BY DESIGNING and CRAFTING YOUR OWN LIFE

Like expertly crafted lives, beautifully crafted samurai swords are stirring. Their elegant lines and gleaming beauty catch the eye. Thousands of years of war usage by warriors, such as knights, ninjas, and gladiators, made them strong symbols of power. Even today, samurai swords continue to play a role in ceremonial occasions in many parts of the world.

Forging a samurai sword is similar to forging a powerful, expertly crafted life. From design to completion, producing an exquisite samurai sword and life requires time, skill, and dogged determination. Creating effective swords and lives requires many steps that must all be completed with a high level of excellence to achieve a quality outcome.

Samurai swords must first be designed. The final shape and look is determined during this process. Similarly, the outcome of your life is determined by its design. Ask yourself how much time you spend designing your life? A beautiful samurai sword doesn’t magically jump from the forge, just as a beautiful life won’t usually magically appear in front of you. Design a wonderful life for yourself by setting really powerful, far reaching, worthwhile specific goals and by aspiring to do great and worthwhile deeds.

Samurai swords must be built with high quality steel to stay strong. Lower quality metals are easier to break and lose their edge quickly. Your life also must be built with strong material. Building your physical body with proper nutrition, exercise, and mental training is foundational to creating a strong life.

The art of Japanese Samurai sword making is like that. It reached an astonishing level of perfection as early as 800 AD — 1200 years ago. A Samurai sword is a wonderfully delicate and complex piece of engineering. The steel of the blade is heated and folded and beaten — over and over again — until the blade’s formed by 33,000 layers, forge-welded to one another. Each layer is a hundred thousandth of an inch thick. All this is done to extremely accurate standards of heat treatment. The result’s an obsidian-hard blade with willow-like flexibility. In your life, you must also find ways to pull yourself into new directions, and stretch yourself into new dimensions and experiences. Find life hammers that mold and bend you into more powerful shapes.

These blades represent a perfection of production standards that modern quality control hasn’t matched. Yet the Japanese craftsmen who made them didn’t know anything about temperature measurement or the carbon-content of steel. How do you suppose they repeated such perfection?

The answer’s one we’d be well advised to remember. Sword making was swathed in ceremony and ritual. It was consistent because the ceremony was precise and unvaried. The ceremony was beautiful — in action, dress, and color. Heat treating temperatures were controlled by holding the blade to the color of the morning sun. The exact hue was transmitted from master to apprentice down through centuries. Sword making was a part of Japanese art; and it was subsumed into Japanese culture.

That sort of thing wasn’t unique to the Japanese. It was true of 18th-century violin-making and 12th-century cathedral building. Ritual did what was later done with weights and measures.

Our intelligence, after all, runs deeper than a mere ability to read gages. Our great technologies arise out of a full range of experience that give us the applicable knowledge and know-how. They come from creativity that’s triggered by more than tables of technical data. Good technology isn’t independent of culture. The best doctor knows organic chemistry and his grandmother’s folklore. The best metallurgist knows about iron-carbon phase diagrams and medieval Japanese craftsmanship.

The best engineers know mathematics, physics, and thermodynamics. But they also know the world they live in. The best engineers have a deep-seated knowledge of the people they serve.

Sharp edges give the sword efficient cutting power. To be effective, our life career and relationship swords must also be very sharp. What do you do to continually hone yourself so that you will maintain a willow like flexibility and strong cutting edge? Your life will eventually become dull and uninteresting if it’s never sharpened. What activities keep things fully alive for you?

The completed samurai sword has been repeatedly heated at high temperatures and cooled repeatedly at lower temperatures to make the steel extremely hard. Similarly, our mastery life plan must be tested by fire and cold on many occasions before it becomes powerfully strong and very real, which causes our selves, skills, abilities, knowledge, lives and determination to become much stronger and realer. Tempering in our lives is not usually pleasant, but the long-term reward of a much greater certainty in what truly works and a stronger life – this alone makes it worth withstanding the continuous tempering of heat and cold that life gives to us as we strive to reach our dreams and aspirations.

Most people wield weak, wimpy, brittle, second-rate, low quality life swords that were reluctantly given to them by others, and they do little to maintain them. If something should go wrong they go to someone else and say “fix me.” I challenge you to take the time to create an extremely powerful, first-rate, masterful, world-class quality life sword!

When you continuously find and take the time, effort and attention to work on your expertly crafted custom creation it will serve you well, and you will have a much more effective tools at your finger tips to help you on your journey through life to achieving your Gold or High Green Zone level dreams and aspirations!

Reach & Withdraw

eight secrets to check out like tiger woodshttp://insta-promoter.org/check out 100% better using these strategies

The current of your life energy natually flows outward. Self is the center and from that point you direct your energy and your attention outward. When you communicate you outflow and reach out. You also inflow and withdraw to listen. These natural flows of life keep us energized and connected to others and to our environment. We’re in harmony with those around us and the environment when we’re able to reach out and then withdraw and have other’s reach out and then withdraw. It seems so simple yet it’s extremely powerful. Building relationships, a business, a family, planning a vacation or your future, whatever it is you want to create starts with reaching out.

Life is created when you have a point B. You have to flow from point A(you) to point B, this creates time, space and LIFE. If you’re not reaching out you’re not creating life. All your wants and dreams need life for them to come into existence. When you’re not reaching out, when you’re excluding things and people arouond you, you become a solo act, you’re the only one in the room.   When you isolate you exclude people and most of your enviroment. Neither reaching or excluding is a bad thing, unless it’s on automatic. For example, every time you hear bad news you pull in, withdraw. This automatic reaction puts you at the effect of bad news.

The following exercise will help increase your power and control over any area of life. Start with something easy, where you don’t feel any compulsions to reach or withdraw. As you familiarize yourself with this exercise you can move to areas where you do have some emotional charge, compulsions or aversions. Doing this exercise will improve your ability to breathe life into areas that you’ve kept at a distance due to emotional charge.

  1. Reach for the ______________.
  2. Contact and connect to it.
  3. Say something about it.
  4. Withdraw and disconnect from the_____________.
  5. What happened.

If you’re doing the above exercise alone it helps to say #3 and # 5 aloud. Repeat 1 – 5 until you feel a surge in harmony with the item.

Presence

Of all the words and subjects a Being must master to recover his full potential, no word or subject is more important than PRESENCE.

Everything in your universe, your levels of existences, levels of truth, levels of love, levels of success, levels of prosperity, levels of happiness, levels of honesty, levels of integrity, operation of your Codes, Virtues and Principles – past – present – future – depends for its power on your PRESENCE.

Yet few, if any have truly understood the vast scope and power of this word and subject.

For the word PRESENCE describes YOU NOW.

The scope of the NOWNESS of a Being can be vast or it can be insignificant. It can span the spectrum of ALL past – present – and future, or it can be just a dot in time.

PRESENCE can best be described as how you appear and operate in the now or present time. Your present time HERENESS.

Dictionaries fail to adequately define fully the scope of PRESENCE and HERE. But at least they give a starting point.

The Merriam Webster Dictionary gives the following definitions.

PRESENCE: [‘pre-z&n(t)s] noun

1: The fact or condition of being present.
2a: The part of space within one’s immediate vicinity. b: The neighborhood of one of superior especially royal rank.
3 archaic: COMPANY
4: One that is present, as. a: The actual person or thing that is present. b: Something present of a visible or concrete nature.
5a: The bearing, carriage, or air of a person; especially, stately or distinguished bearing. b: A quality of poise and effectiveness that enables a performer to achieve a close relationship with his audience.
6: Something (as a spirit) felt or believed to be present.

HERE: [‘hir] adverb

1a: In or at this place. Turn here. — often used interjectionally especially in answering a roll call. b: NOW. Here it’s morning already. c: In an arbitrary location. A book here, a paper there.
2: At or in this point, particular, or case. Here we agree.
3: In the present life or state.
4: HITHER. Come here.
5: — used interjectionally in rebuke or encouragement. Here goes — used interjectionally to express resolution or resignation especially at the beginning of a difficult or unpleasant undertaking. – neither here nor there. Having no interest or relevance. Of no consequence. Comfort is neither here nor there to a real sailor.

FULL PRESENCE

The state and ability to be at FULL PRESENCE contain many natural attributes. These attributes are the pure, unadulterated native to the Being’s qualities.

A fully present Being:

  • Naturally emanates LOVE.
  • Naturally emanates TRUTH.
  • Naturally emanates WISDOM.
  • Naturally emanates KNOWINGNESS.
  •  Naturally emanates TRUST.
  •  Naturally emanates INTEGRITY.
  •  Naturally emanates WARMTH.
  •  Naturally emanates HONESTY.
  •  Naturally emanates HONOR.
  • Naturally emanates A GRANTING OF BEINGNESS TO OTHERS.
  •  Naturally emanates A WILLINGNESS TO BE IN COMMUNICATION.
  •  Naturally emanates POWER.
  • Naturally emanates HUGE QUANTITIES OF FREE LIFE FORCE PARTICLES.
  •  Naturally emanates RESPONSIBILITY.
  • Naturally emanates PURITY.
  •  Naturally emanates ADMIRATION.
  •  Naturally emanates RESPECT.
  •  Naturally emanates SOVEREIGNTY.
  •  Naturally emanates A PERMEATION.
  • Naturally emanates A WILLINGNESS TO SPAN AND PERMEATE FULLY THE                                  SPECTRUMS OF ALL EXISTENCES.

Underneath all of the charge, lies, force, mass, shocks, confusion, stupidity, unknowns, blackness, chronic mood levels which causes a Being to not be present, sits a Being of immense natural qualities.

Each of these attributes are of vast proportions. The purpose of training and processing is to restore these natural attributes by gradiently restoring more and more areas of a Being’s ability to operate higher and higher in the Zones of life, until the Being is more and more fully himself.

This is achieved by removing those unknown, charged creations and counter-creations that have distanced the Being from the use, control or ownership of these natural innate phenomena.

The end product of the training and processing being: A BEING WHO HAS RECOVERED AND CAN OPERATE WITH A FULL PRESENCE.

All drills or exercises must have the PRESENCE definition fully defined, making sure ALL words are fully defined. As with all definitions and knowledge, it must be accompanied with the ability to apply. For anything less than the full scope of what PRESENCE truly is will cause a degrade of the technology and yourself
