Bravery and honesty go hand in hand, you can’t have one 100% without the other. They’re more than human values and morals. They go beyond the nature of man and transcend into spirit.

When I look back at the times I’ve held myself back from saying what I wanted to say, expressing the emotions that clearly were affecting me I see the consequences for not saying and expressing the truth. A college student came to me struggling with an upcoming and dreaded presentation that she had to give to her economics class.   Here is a young woman with many friends, an active social life, good grades and not to mention a beautiful smile.
